Don't put yourself through the hell that is offline Vertebra Shackle farming, just ask someone to farm vertebra shackles online, give them 30 embers and get them to summon you via red summon sign 30 times so you get 30 vertebra shackles. You don't need embers to do this. The host can summon the moundmaker unembered, and jump off the cliff.
