That chart is wrong. A 73" belt is too long. I tried every belt from 73 down. Here is the essential part. The belt needs to wrap on top and keep following from the right to the left of the water pump pulley. From the left side of the water pump, cross underneath to the right side of the crank pulley, wrap down and around to the left. From the left off the crank approach the belt tensioner and then finally back to the alt.
