Make lament a normal damage choice for nezarec. Picked up the Lament some odd weeks ago and decided to give it a try with gathering storm and star water scales and my god was my damage absurd. I kept running this combo for all the nezarec runs I’ve done so far and my damage averages from 4.3 mil to 4.9 mil. I prefer my Shadebinder with Osmiomancy Gloves with Bleak Watcher because I can freeze and slow enemies so it's much more safe to get near the enemies and use the sword.
