One of my ECF forms appears to have been processed (yay!) and the FedLoan tracker shows 56 TEPSLF qualifying payments (I was on a graduated plan with direct loans) and 20 PSLF qualifying payments (which I believe reflect the 20 months of COVID forbearance period).
