Playful Darkness / Hard . I've been breezing through Midnight Fane on Hard and can't for the life of me figure out a non cheese way to beat this guy. No matter how I position my party, Playful Darkness goes around my tank, comes straight for my MC, and kills them in one hit hitting on two's. I've reloaded five times now with the same result.

I did summon them with a dedicated summoner, with every item for that class I could find, so maybe that helped. Don't forget the debuffs either (especially Brilliant Energy) - for example, you can get -12 AC on Playful Darkness with just Evil Eye and Finnean, on Core. If we can get the -12 debuff, we would be looking at 110 AB vs 98 AC.Playful Darkness? Oneshot everything unless I cheese or buff THE HELL out of my team. With 20+ buffs on everyone and even then feels bullshit and I can't beat it on difficulty modifier none. Maybe I just built every single character wrong so that this fight is unbeatable.
