For anyone finding this in the future, here's what I did to fix it without having to completely re-setup Yuzu: Close Yuzu. Open C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\yuzu\config\qt-config.ini. Find and delete the following key-values: UILayout\geometry. UILayout\state. UILayout\geometryRenderWindow. Start back up Yuzu.
