Nope. Luck doesnt work how you think it would in BL3. Def not worth it. AOE on artifact is ideal tho, just better if in the second or third slot. Loaded dice doesn't actually put up your luck from what I remember unless the changed it in a newer patch. This is sooooo trash, cause I JUST got a loaded dice with +17 luck. I ran science boost, loaded dice with +15% luck, luck boost guardian rank with +12.31 in luck, an All-In shield, and I find no evidence that it affects anything once you are in Mayhem mode. I got both the loaded dice and the legendary version of the snowdrift relic (forget the name) from graveward so you could def kill 2 birds with one stone by farming him. But as others have said loaded dice can drop from a lot of bosses/enemies so yea whatever you want to grind. The hidden weight inside can be positioned to ‘load’ any of the 6 faces, 8 corners, or 12 edges of the die. It takes about 45 minutes to reset the die, and the process can be repeated indefinitely. Reloader Dice are hollow and contain 5 grams of Gallium metal. The agonizer drops relics. But again as noted above, the loaded dice does nothing for legendary drops. The theory is it gives a better chance at getting blues, purples, and anointed, but that appears to come at the expense of legendary drops.
