Unfortunately my ability to continue monitoring CLMRN is not looking good. After a month of setting up shop in Barkhamsted, I went back to my regular listening location, which is 4 miles from the nearest tower, only to find that the signal strength has diminished to the point where I can't even detect a P25 data stream.

DEMHS should still be utilizing the VHF Low and High bands. The VHF High band frequencies are utilized by the the 5 regions' town EOC's in CT to communicate with each other and the state.
