Dasher in app navigation not working.
Suddenly the ability to rate the drivers was gone. I waited a bit and when it never started working again, about 3 months ago, I contacted Doordash customer service chat and explained the situation. They said that no one had told them that they couldn't rate the drivers and didn't understand why I couldn't.
It showed up recently but when I tried to use it, I got a notice saying “Dasher App CarPlay is currently not available in your region.”. Force STOP it and then make sure you click on CACHE and clear the cache. Get out of that and reboot the phone. This has always worked for me when I lose the sound on the Dasher app. 1.Go into Settings > Display > Screen Time-out, then choose your preferred duration. For anyone looking for the same setting on iPhone (iOS 13) go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock. When I'm dashing I just go into setting and make it so the phone does lock after a certain amount of inactivity.

Last year someone on a Facebook group helped me download an older version of the Dasher app that showed full pay upfront. Solutions welcome! I updated to the new app (6.95.5) and have been logged out and can't get past the welcome screen. I'm running Samsung S21 Ultra with Android 12 One UI 4.1 on Verizon. Support is now claiming it is a rooted/jailbroken phone which I don't know how to do. I confirmed with Verizon it's also not rooted.
