In this video I show how to fix the P1298 Code on a Honda. The issue is caused by a bad electronic load sensor which must be replaced.Seems with P1298 I won't be able to do anything unless I somehow figure out how to wire the 3 pin ELD connector into the engine harness. P1163 is now gone.
