UVA, VCU, EVMS each gives out 50% seats to OOS applicants while most of other states public medical schools is about 10-20% to OOS. The states like Texas, Kentucky and West Virginia almost nil to OOS. The seats for ORM get squeezed even further. This is reality.

Stop exposing us 15 percent sounds fancy. The biggest reason for waitlists this year is because of the amount of incoming freshmen in 2020 that deferred.
