The dagger is a direct upgrade it's well worth using. In a direct comparison yes. However, if you don't already have a berserker ring (i) or a fury (as opposed to a glory). You would get more str bonus with Dscim + Bring (i) + Fury, than you would with just Dagger + Glory. Toss in obsidian platelegs too if you can. Yes D scim has better stats but Keris constantly deals 50% bonus damage. And I'm not exactly sure at what point Keris is better.
