Does it have a height requirement and cant be built indoors, such as in houses or barns? I have tried to place the flagpole kit inside, but it just doesnt seem to work. Thanks for the help.

Pick axes because you can use a sharpening stone. You can get about 9 big stones before ruining the axe, so around 8 use the sharpening stone twice to get the axe back green and your good. Each big stone takes about 9 spots in your inventory. So a mountain backpack and another bag in your hands and you can make one trip.
