I got one low borderline (I think I rushed on that test though) and all highs and still passed. I had 5 back to back high/very high readiness assessments and passed the nclex! I think you are ready! Passing NCLEX with 145 questions depends on accuracy. If you get down to less than 50 percent accuracy, then it may bring you a bad result. If you can get 50 percent accuracy on at least 145 questions, you have a higher chance of qualifying for the exam.

Finally, did it at max of 145. Thanks to Mark Klimek, my audio review that reminded me to keep my focus and be on top of the Game. Nurse Acheive, Archer, NCLEX Mastery, finished all the Qbanks, Uworld i only used 1 mock test and passed it with 60/100 with 48th percentile HIGH probability. NCLEX Genie is also a good source.
