Jan 30, 2018 · Actually, believe it or not, the IP presented to the world from the gateway is referred to by att as "dynamic". It just never changes! ATT does sell blocks of static IPs . I suppose you could buy a block and rotate through them if attacked. The "dynamic" IP in the gateway cannot be changed.
