The reason for my question is we purchased a 2021 Avalanche 378BH less than a week ago for winter RV camping in the Colorado. The water lines on the 378BH from in the kitchen and rear of the RV froze on the first night with outdoor temperatures of ~18 degree F, which is well above -4 degrees F which the Polar Package is guaranteed for.Posts: 26,997. Posts: 2. Fresh Water Tank Fill Problem. We just took delivery of a 2011 Avalanche 290RL. Try as we might, we can't get the fresh water tank to fill above 1/3 using a standard garden hose. When it hits the 1/3 mark the water begins gushing back out. We've leveled the rig, raised the front, tipped it to the off side and nothing works.
