Its mind numbingly easy, you get a guaranteed red border, and you get like 2-3 keys if you get lucky and more with lightning round. Make sure you grab the 300K bounty from Xur. Farming normal dares IMO i found it wasnt worth it. 3.

Dares weapons don't drop from the activity itself, with the exception of Cash and Prizes. Legend also doesn't give you more keys, outside of a higher frequency of Lightning Rounds.
