After frozen, go CRA gear, superior gollux, and maybe star your tyrants to 5. 10 star tyrants is way more end game, I wouldn't go there until you have all legendary 21% equips and good wep pots.

people are providing meso making methods which is great but op is asking what to do with their first billion mesos it's kinda hard to say without seeing your gear and nodes situation but in most reg servers in GMS, nodes are cheap (1-2m ea) so maxing your boost nodes by buying nodestones is a great start to get enough mobbing damage to grind efficiently.
Kanna is a must-have in reboot because reboot is all about meso farming for cubes to get good potentials (also has one of the best link skills %dmg). For unique it's the same but it costs 150 copies to tier up. If u fail tier up u need to fuse another 50-75 for another chance.
