Luckily it's only like a $5 part and takes about 5 minutes to install. I ordered extras to keep on hand as it appears very common for them to break. With that, I'm having a hard time choosing the right prop for my 21/22' pontoon.I'm not going to replace the sleeve on my motor, since I usually run small hub props that vent around the prop hub anyway, and the missing sleeve doesn't appear to add any vent area on the Trophy Plus.
