Yes it’s variable depending on stats. Raw deletes scaling entirely. Sharp uchi if you are going DEX at 40 DEX sharp uchi is great , but if you are at the required stats and dont want to invest into DEX then ( like you are going pyro or magic but want to have a physical weapon ) then go raw.
