Then to top that off, Jaclyn Hill has been hyping her cosmetic line launch for at least two years now (iirc) and has made a big deal about the fact that she was personally involved and that the reason it's been so slow to launch is that she was very picky about the formula and has been making sure that everything was right before the launch.In my opinion I believe she knew that the lipsticks were bad and sent them out anyway.
