Feb 23, 2019 · Crashed Ship Disappeared [Solved] New to the game. We found a crashed ship with 21 slots and decided to build our first camp next to it. Any mats not needed for the story line, went into repairs of said vessel. After returning from a mission to scout a building, all that was left from the vessel was a black, burnt spot.
Kind of found a fix, it worked for me anyway. I noticed it kept trying to highlight the light next to the ship. I dug a big hole underneath the ship, so it was all clear underneath it. Dropped down a save, and reloaded. The ship respawned inside the hole, and I was able to interact with it. I'm having the same problem. Easy way to find crashed ships is to fly around in first person view and use the ships radar. You will see a blip as you get close to one on the radar. Stop for a sec and if the blip dose not move that is a crashed ship . If the blip moves that is a NPC ship and can be ignored. #5.Why did the stock market crash today? Yes. I've set up fixit-shop bases at crash sites. The starship will normally respawn daily. That said, I've had sites go cold for days at a time. In the 2 survival mode saves I played, nothing respawned. After a while, not even plants. So while it should happen, don't center your plans around it.

(You can make it your current ship in the anomaly and then teleport to an SS to scrap it, no need to fix launch thrusters or pulse engine.)
