I would like to ask if it is possible to do this mission after finishing the main story (playing as John) and if it is, how can I make it appear on the map? Going for 100% involves a lot of hunting and exploring. You've got the hunting requests, exotics, challenges, etc. While it's optional, I recommend getting an LoTE satchel to help you, and that requires a fair bit of hunting as well.
