Sig p365 recoil spring.
My 365 has many rounds through it without a single malfunction and is stock. Recoil is subjective, but if 9mm is bothering you enough to want to reduce it, you may want to look at a smaller caliber. My P365 works 100% stock, I will keep it stock. IMHO the recoil is already mild, compared to other 9mm pistols.

Dec 19, 2023 · P365 Sig RSA with Dual Round Wire Recoil Springs The stock Sig P365 RSA is supposed to have recoil springs rated at 17 lbs of combined force with the slide fully retracted. I measured the force required to fully retract the slide using a calibrated spring force gauge rated at 2% accuracy. The measurement was within 5% of 17 lbs. The Glock G42 is chambered in .380 ACP and is about the same size as the P365-380. You might be able to trade-in your P365-380 Rose for a Glock G42 straight up or for very little money added. Actually, installing a softer spring will have the opposite effect. With a softer spring the slide will recoil at a much higher velocity and when it hits the end of its travel she'll really feel it. Also, it will be much harder on your gun. Learning how to rack the slide properly is the right answer.

I went with the medium spring in the P365 XL and it does help a bit with recoil management. Rating recoil on a scale from 1 to 10 with a 10 being the easiest to handle, I'd see the factory assembly as an 8 and the DPM being a 9 or slightly higher.
