Hi Gelsch, thank you for the review. I’m sorry to hear that our Granite Grip Floor Coating took more product than expected and didn’t last through the winter. I recommend removing the loose coating by either power washing or sanding, then etching the bare concrete. After the floor is etched and clean, re-apply the Granite Grip Floor coating.
