I’ve done 3 cookouts by now, all maxing the meter before the timer runs out, and each time the rewards have been beer, cooked meat, a legendary item and treasury notes. Not a single meat week item, tato salad or stimpak which are listed as rewards for best performance. There aren't any rare rewards in meat week this time. They raised the drop rate and now none of them hold any real value. A few thousand caps at max and that is mainly because it is a usefull weapon, not because it is rare. The other plans have even less value now. 6% is uncommon at best. I wouldn't call 6% "rare". So yeah, you will get one ...If you turn in 15 pieces of meat, it prevents your health from failing under 30 percent. That means nerd rage nor adrenal reaction activates for bloodied users for several minutes. It effectively nerfs their combat effectiveness. One server I was on last night was messed up. Three primal cuts events would start at the same time, every 15 minutes, and after two hours, meat week never started. Had to hop servers to get the meat week daily done and by then I was out of time to play so only did it once.
