Upon removal one could observe gouging at the (RIGHT) cutout and a drag mark up the mag. This is from the sharp metal mag release. On the (LEFT) side one can observe a drag up the mag from the release as well. With a small file or rasp, you can knock down the TOP EDGE of the mag release window on the LEFT side of the S15 mag.

Doubt it. The geometry just isn't there unless the grip is expanded upon and Glock won't change the design of their mag and lose the polymer overmold. Before going to the range I took the mag apart and checked the spring and did a little sanding inside the mag on the polymer side, on the sharp edges of the follower and the top edges of the the mag.
