There's been speculation that the errors are caused by too much Strand ability spam. As much fun as I've been having with the Banner of War aspect, I've started using Bonk Hammer again instead in these encounters.

From reset on Wednesday up until reset yesterday there was only 3 strike force events. They normally occur every 2-4 hours. Last one happened 12 hours before reset, hence why I stated they throttled the chance of the event happening.
