2002 rubicon 500 Discussion starter. 78 posts · Joined 2006. #1 · Jun 26, 2020 (Edited) So basically, when I start the ATV, the gear selection display blinks all three options (D1/D2/ESP) and continues to do so no matter what gear you select. Also where it typically indicates what gear your in ie 1, 2, 3, D, etc is not showing anything.

2002 rubicon 500 lift kit. Im looking for a bolt on lift kit. Ive about decided on the high lifter 2 inch. But after googling I havnt been able to find any bigger lift. I know there are probly fabbed lift kits but I am looking at a bolt on if possible. About all you will find for the old machines is the bolt on 2' lift.

Ok I just picked up a 2002 Foreman Rubicon 500ES. The issue is that it will show it is going into gear on the dash, but it will not move. It's kinda weird because in neutral it will roll, but when I put it in gear it locks all the wheels up, and nothing will move, plus the motor will not rev up past a few hundred RPM, it acts like the tranny is locked.Protects against the effects of salt, moisture and chemical corrosion. Jun 13, 2020 · Hi all, Read a lot of good info on this forum! I have a 2002 Foreman 500 trx500fa and Esp works great! Like it did from day one. D2 seem to somewhat lag in first gear and then eventually frees itself up and drives/shifts normally. If I stop, its again, lagging in first as I give it throttle eventually goes and shifts through all gears.
