Instead of an ATV I'd suggest a two seater UTV with a dump bed as the ideal utility vehicle. UTV's can plow, and better than an ATV, but will still have problems with snowbank encroachment. Blowing snow avoids all that trouble and you'll have less reason to go out in the middle of a storm to keep up with the clearing.
