I’ve experienced 3 failures to extract. Not stovepipes - the case is oriented as it is in the chamber but it stuck halfway out the ejection port. I’m using shield Gen 2 mags with the right mag release. The only other issue I’ve noticed is it failed to strip and feed the first round from the mag after a slide lock reload.
