It would just allow players to cheese max karma easily. Playing duos and other one dies spawns as scav and both extract from pmc scav duo extract. Also farming scav bosses would be easy, scav locates and friend pmc nades boss then. Otherwise i like the idea of making max karma more of a goal for players.
