The FPJ breech plugs bleed off pressure out the nipple, and one thing BH209 needs is contained pressure for best results. With a 12ga (0.720"-0.730") bore, once the shot cup starts moving the powder needs to continue to build pressure, and the more it moves, the harder it gets.WTM45. Ive used it in my LK93 54cal w/FPJ with caution and it recocks starting at 100gr+ also. I have a FPJ with a liner but never tried it because 100gr is plenty in that gun. Honestly it might help a tiny bit but it depends on the size of your flash hole. My FPJ flash hole is huge at about .037 and its a new plug from Knight.In an MK85 using T7 or blackpowder, I have found Knight's breech plug grease to work very well. I use teflon tape in Elite/Extreme shooting BH209. FWIW, I get better accuracy out of a MK85 using T7 than when I installed the 209 conversion kit and used BH209. I like RWS 1075 but they seem to not be around much lately. I also use CCI mag, which Wally World usually has in my area.
