Electricity and Refrigeration are not important. In cold climates you have a free freezer by removing some roof squares. In warm climates you can make food. Set your cooking bill to make meat first. Make Simple Meals, Do Until You have Colonists x 3. Then, copy/paste that bill. On the TOP one uncheck Vegetables and Animal Products.
