Got mine just doing targeted backpack loot a few weeks ago. Ran a mission about 15 times before I found it. Higher the difficulty the better. Summit with backpack loot as well if there isn't a good spot you want to farm

I did it mainly with countdown (challenging) targeted loot backpack. You will see a lot of acostas bullsh*t backpacks. Every 2 matches you have enough countdown points to buy a exotic cache. For variety, Summit with friends farming floor 10 is also a good option. If that's get boring too, missions with targeted loot backpack. Its in the loot pool now, was a reward from the season 3 battle pass. it drops randomly, from exotic chests for example. you can get 2 exotic chests easily once a week by collecting resources and playing summit. Dropped for me in the summit just last night.

For one thing, you only need to pick up all the confirmed kills when you're first building your stacks. Once you have full stacks, you only need to refresh. For another, the best Memento builds will use the kill confirmed buff in combat, because you'll get more awesome stuff like weapon damage and bonus armor whatnot.
