1 year ago. Our recent late August trip to VB was a big disappointment. It was dirty, there were homeless and crazy people at all the outdoor venues and on the boardwalk. The overwhelming smell of marijuana was ever present and impossible to avoid. Music some people wont appreciate was being blasted from stores at overwhelming volumes.

Most people have sense enough to stay out of those areas, especially in the middle of the night.
