The only way to put a 3.7" barrel on a X Macro Comp is to change the slide and barrel however you do not need to change the spring. Thanks. 100% Exactly the same holster. The difference in width is the magwell. Doesn't effect holster fit at all. I thought the slides were different sizes but could be wrong.
