FLOW looks like a good fit for untuned, carbine gas 10.3" 5.56 handy, shortish range, door kicker, HD, vehicle deployed SBRs. The weight isn't that bad and likely a good trade for that host. Same with material choice. Chances are if it's pushing gas flows it's dumping heat and can handle a healthy firing schedule.

Hub/Keymo/Xeno is basically Dead Air's style of mounts. Xeno is nice, it doesn't have to be timed. Its shorter and lighter than Keymo. The reverse thread makes it impossible to get a muzzle device stuck inside of the can and mount. Plus its cheaper than Keymo. 6ish months ago (before my first cans cleared) I narrowed it down to 3 systems: keymo, xeno, and Kurz. I passed on the keymo when I saw the price, weight, and the few threads that popped up every 4-6 weeks regarding faulty keymos (I haven't seen any threads in a while so im hoping they took care of whatever issues they were having).
